Please read before your KRW deposit
If you make the first KRW deposit or through a channel different from your previous deposits, the transaction may be subject to holding period.
We hold KRW deposit in the following cases.
·When you deposit KRW for the first time
·When you deposit KRW through a new channel different from your previous deposits (e.g. channels can be ATM, online banking, mobile banking, or telebanking, etc.)
·When you deposit KRW using new ATM at a different branch from your previous deposits
·When you deposit KRW with a new bank account different from your previous deposits
Please deposit KRW from the same source (registered bank account under your name) as your previous deposits.
: even if you follow this rule, banks can change its branch code internally. In this case, restrictions on your withdrawal can happen.
·When you use remittance applications to put money into your virtual account, you can request us to check and permit withdrawal.
